O’Reilly Network: Serve Your iCal Calendars Using WebDAV [Sep. 20, 2002]

iCal is mega-dope. It’s Apple’s implementation of the open vCalendar /iCalendar protocal. Despite the funky addresses on the apple site, you can use any iCalendar enabled calendar app (including Microsoft Outlook). For instance, the Steeler’s schedule is at webcal://ical.mac.com/ical/Steelers.ics If you replace “webcal” with http, you can import the schedule into Outlook.

Excellent.
